This confederation of tribes live around Khemisset in the Middle Atlas. They produce mainly flatwoven rugs in which a red or brown field of plainweave is decorated with bands of geometric patterns. They have resisted the urban influences of the Rabat style despite the fact that their territory is closest to that City. This page shows rugs less than 2.25 metres in length, for larger Zemmour rugs go to large Zemmour.
